Fee Rates
  1.  Instructor Fee - $150.00 per hour of instruction
  2. Text Materials Fee - $3.00 per Module times the number of students attending (waived for classes of less than 6 students) 
  3. Travel Expenses - Airline Ticket Cost (if applicable); Mileage Rate (50.5 cents per mile); Rental Car (if applicable); Meals Allowance (Gov’t Per Diem Rate); Instructor Travel Hourly Rate ($75.00 per hour)
